in Hagerstown, Washington county, contained in.

the last will and testament of Mrs. Ann A. Firey,
|
|

|
deceased.

|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the sanction of the General As-
|
|
|
|
sembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given
|
|
|
|
to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Council
|
|
|
|
of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hagers-
|
|
|

last will and testament of Mrs. Ann M. Firey, de-

ceased, of said county, said will having been admitted
