AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the


General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest to


the Rev. Theo. D. Mead, now in charge of the Wil-


liamsport and Clearspring Catholic Congregations,


in Washington county, contained in the last will


and testament of Fred C. Doyle, deceased, said


money to be expended in Masses for the repose of


the souls of Fred C. Doyle, his father and mother.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-


bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given to


the bequest of two hundred and fifty dollars to the
