Company, represented in person, or by proxy, at a

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said Western
|
|
|
|
Maryland Tidewater Railroad Company, or such other
|
|
|
|
company as may at any time hereafter maintain and
|
|
|
|
manage Eaid road, shall be required to run between
|
|
|
|
the Howardville station, a connection with the West-
|
|
|
|
ern Maryland .Railroad and the central city station of
|

such managing road, not less than two passenger trains
|
trains to run.

|
per day each way, one in the forenoon between the
|
|
|
|
hours of seven and eleven o'clock, and one in the
|
|
|
|
afternoon between the hours of two and seven o'clock ;

such trains to go between said stations over the
|
|
|
|
Gwynn's Falls road, and to be required to stop for
|
|
|
|
passengers at Windsor, Calverton, Wetheredsville,
|
|
|
|
and all crossings of other railroads, either steam or
|
|
|
|
horse.

AN ACT to add a new section to article thirty of
|
|
|
|
the Code of Public General Laws, title " Crimes
|
|
|
|
and Punishments," providing for the punishment of
|
|
|
|
incest.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the following section be added to
|
|
|
|
article thirty of the Code of Public General Laws,
|

|
|
|
|
tion seventy-two, and to be called section seventy-
|
|
|
|
three :
|
|
|
|
73. Every person who shall knowingly have carnal
|
|
|
|
knowledge of another person, being within the degrees
|
|
|
|
of consanguinity within which marriages are prohib-
|
|
|
|
ited by law in this State, shall be deemed guilty of
|

felony, and upon indictment therefor and conviction

guilty of felony

|
thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the peni-
|
|
|
|
tentiary for a term not less than one nor more than
|
|
|
|
ten years, in the discretion of the court.
