Chapter 134.

AN ACT to permit the catching of Terrapins in the
|
|
|
|
waters of the Patuxent river and its tributaries,
|
|
|
|
lying within the counties of Calvert, St. Mary's and
|
|
|
|
Charles.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That on and after the passage of this
|
|
|
|
act, it shall be lawful for the bona-fide citizens of Cal-
|
|
|

Mary's and Charles counties, shall be fined not less
