		Chapter 131.
		AN ACT to repeal section three of chapter two hun-
		dred and eleven of the acts passed at January ses-
		sion, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, entitled " An
		act to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
		Talbot county to copy the General Index to Land
		Records in his office, from eighteen hundred and
		thirty-three to eighteen hundred and sixty-four."
		SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
		of Maryland, That the third section of chapter two
		hundred and eleven of the acts passed at January ses-
		sion, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, entitled "An
	Repealed and	act to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
	re-enacted.	Talbot county to copy the General Index to Land
		Records in his office, from eighteen hundred and
		thirty-three to eighteen hundred and sixty-four," be
		and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as
		to read as follows :
		SEC. 3. And be it enacted by the General Assem-
		bly of Maryland, That the commissioners of Talbot
		county be and they are hereby authorized to levy

	copying.	money sufficient to pay the expenses of recopying, as
		authorized by section two of the acts passed at Janu-
		ary session, eighteen hundred and eighty two, chapter
		two hundred and eleven.
		SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
	Effective.	effect from the date of its passage.
