SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said Pres-

AN ACT to provide for the protection of Agricul-


tural Gardening and Fruit Growing in Middletown


Election District, Frederick County, Maryland.


SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That if any person or persons shall


trespass upon the lands of any other person or persons,


or body corporate, that are used for agricultural


gardening or fruit growing purposes in Middletown

the peace in said county, shall be adjudged guilty of
