6	fraction of that 340.

8	MR. PERKINS: It pays a fraction, but this
9	has to be analyzed by counties because some counties, as
10	he explained, get more than other counties, depending on
11	their number of students, number of teachers they hire,
12	salaries that they pay and their income per capita plus
13	their assessable base.
14	THE CHAIRMAN: Can't the formula be stated in
15	terms of symbols, and, if so, can you state'it?
16	DR. SENSENBAUGH: We will send you a manual
17	on it shich has it all.
18	MR. PERKINS: It can, but it is a very complex
19	formula and it has to be figured out county by county to
20	arrive at the total figure that is in the budget. Basicall
21	it based on $340 per pupil.
