Cooper Hughes Bill passed. It might have by attrition

and public opinion building up so badly that somebody just

had to give in, but as Jim says, the passage of the bill

4

was deliberately held back to kill off, in this instance,

5

the Cooper Hughes Bill, and who was it done by?

MR. BOND: Have I hit the point that was
