them, and I would like your comment as to any in betweeen

that you can think of or any solution to prevent what

happened to the Copper Hughes Bill this last time, whether

Cooper Hughes be good or bad.

of it and that bill was passed, it's lav/ now, to let

supplemental appropriation bills pass one house and only

have to go through the other house. That will alleviate .
