ments of these two people, Mr. Beatty and Mrs. Crist who

is the President of the Maryland Association of Boards of

Education. You have them in front of you. You have the

letter of Mrs, Crist to Mr. Brooks, and you also have the

letter from Mr. Beatty to Mrs. Crist.

Now, I would like to say something about the

Executive Committee of this Maryland Association of

Boards of Education. First of all, it is a State organi-

zation and the twenty-three boards of education are
|

|
members and the State Board of Education and the Baltimore
|

|
City Board of Education, and we have in our Executive
