was just wondering why the suggestion was made to delete

Article 10, on freedom of speech and debate, or proceeding

in the Legislature, ought not to be impeached in any

court of judicature. Also, why you would want to elimi-

nate redress of grievances, Article 12, and for amending,
|
|

|
strengthening and preserving the law that the Legislature
|
|

|
ought to be frequently convened.
