it involving the others. I would have to say again the

university is in a particularly vulnerable position
|

here in the sense that it must do so much research and

|
have so many responsibilities and, in short, disseminates
|

|
this knowledge and it is in this area of a new approach,
|
15
|
of new facts, that you most often run into very trying
|
16
|
relationships, shall we say, with the public.

tion provisions here and they proceed through the better
