editorial point of view, so that it is in a well-written

Looking at Article 43, I was quite interested

in this. This presumably states the purpose, the reasons

why we need a public school system, and I find one, to

me, at least, one purpose of public education conspicu-

ous by its absence and I would presume to suggest to

this Committee that consideration be given to the idea
|

of including in this section the idea that public
|

|
education is important in the development of effective
