giving such a metropolitan authority full power or merely

MAYOR McKELDIN: Of course, that's a very

broad question that I couldn't answer right off, but in

. principle, I would be in favor of that. It would have to
|

be worked out, but in principle, I would be in favor of
|

that. I think there should be such an authority that could
|

|
embrace them and have a like a county government over five
|
17
|
or six of us. I think it would be much better for us.
