of the Governor. Me have some of those departments now.

The Chairman of the State Roads Commission, the Director

of Forests and Parks serve at the pleasure of the Governor.

Now, I think I should emphasize the fact that

these cases are rare. Most of the department heads that we
|

|
choose, we select, perform a job and do an excellent job,
|

|
and perform well, but in a few cases when that does arise,
|

|
I think the Governor should have the right to admonish the
|
18
|
department head and tell him what the job is and what he
|
19
|
has got to do if he is going to stay on the job.
