financing. There has been some suggestions made that the

revenue, as far as issuing bonds for the State, that the

Constitution should be liberalized on that. Do you have

any comments on raising money through bond issues?

GOVERNOR TAWES: Money for what purposes?

MR. BOND: Well, for highways, bridges, schools
|

and things like that.
