the Orphans Court of 'Baltimore City? With my single

mind and my short experience at law, I think experience

and some ability is the nain thing when you try to be a

lawyer, who wants to change this court? Well, there are
|

some clues. I refer to an article in one of the papers
|

in which it was said, speaking of the famous, or any way

you wish to designate it, Bond Commission Report, and

|
the descendants of this report sit upon this Commission.

Recently there has been a general recognition even among

politicians that the recommendation of 1942 had merit.

Montgomery County has moved to abolish its court, this

through a constitutional amendment adopted in 1964.

Of course, that is incorrect on two scores,

the report was 1943 and anyone who is able to read, knows
|

that the Orphans Court of Montgomery County has riot

been abolished. It has been perpetuated, as Mr. Sykes
