I again say with my experience in the

Court, my experience as a lawyer, that it would just

pile up work, testamentary v.'ork, that is running smoothly.

I can't understand myself why the Court that is running

smoothly and the work is done, why there should be a

change. If it can be proven to me or my associates
|

|
that by abolishing the Court the work would be done
|

better, would be done faster, trials could be had, I will
|

go along with it. But to this point with my experience

in the Court, I can't see any abolishing or merging of
|

|
the Court would help the lawyers or especially the laymen.

During my campaign, I am rambling now, but during my

campaign I heard Municipal Court Judges who became
|

|
Municipal Court Judges lately, that they see more people
|

|
for the first time than any other Court in the State.

I disagree with them. I feel that we see more laymen in

one week, giving then help and aid, than any Court in the
