a long series of reports that Mr. Eney and I have worked of

over the years, along with a lot of other people, of

course, gradually we have gotten the State Department of

|

|
Assessments and Taxation established, and it now appoints

|
the assessors; and I think it can fairly be said that
|
|

|
politics is pretty much out of the business of assessing
|
|
20
|
locally real estate and during all of this fight, there
|
|

|
was always the argument that international association
