the Chief Fiscal man and a legal man.

three people serving on the Board of Public Works , three

people who are responsible, have a complete knowledge

of what goes on in this State, who can sit there and

make decisions, and you have got to make big decisions

and make many of them.

sibility, but thinking in terms only of the fiscal respon-

sibility for the moment, is there any reason why this

can't be concentrated in one Chief Fiscal Officer, what-

ever name you might want to tack onto him, if he were on

elected official?
