However, it is disappointing to the Chairman

at least that we didn't have a larger representation

and cross-section of people present at this hearing. I

am wondering whether or not it indicates, as Mr. Pressman

has suggested, some lack of real interest in continuing
|

|
this provision in the Constitution. I think it certainly
|

|
might be interpreted that way.
