committees that would establish the fact that we could

certainly include this in our Constitution as something

that is valid.

I made the statement here that the greatest

resource in our State is the people of our state. I

believe anything that, of course, would have a tendency

to weaken or to destroy the people would not be out of

order as being included in our State Constitution.

MR. SACHS: Do you think the existing bar
