going to be a very large reversion, the number of
2
pupils has been estimated too high, so that there is
3
going to be a very substantial sum; is it possible to
4
amend the budget in such a way to use that money for
5
any other purpose?

MR. PERKINS; I imagine you could, sure, if
7
it was approved by the Governor or the Attorney General
8
if he had to rule on it, but it would not be done until
9
almost at the end of the fiscal year, where all the
10
counties have been paid and it could not be -- and it
11
would have to be in excess of the money that Mr. Rennic
12
uses as a reversion figure which we get -- when we do
13
get that figure, we try to make a preliminary one
14
around March or April, and then the final, and it would
15
have to be after that. So, there probably wouldn't be
16
much in there, anyway, but it could happen, yes; but, it
17
would be after all of the commitments have been made
18
and the money had been properly spent.
