get it. It would mean we cannot take care of them,

care of these suburban handicapped pupils, because

there is a provision in the State aid that we are

|
not going to get aid.

We could have people who are unsympathetic

to that and could really circumvent the power of the
|
|

|
legislature and the intent of the legislation by not
|
|

|
being sympathetic or because they are short of funds
|
|

and want to balance the budget or something else and
|
|

just knock off certain amounts. So, I would --
