MR. RAVER: Then I would suggest you had better

get them off the program instead of stopping me from say-

MR. BROOKS: The point is, the program is not

to represent the work of the Commission in any way.

zens Committee, for instance, is not to transmit the work

product of the Commission to the people of Maryland.
