today concerning certain aspects of your work as they

might affect public education in Maryland. 1 am well aware

the fact that all of you are busy people and that you have
|

taken on a major responsibility, in addition, looking
|
|

|
forward to a revision of the Constitution of Maryland,
|
|
21
|
subject to the calling of the Constitutional Convention.
