MR. MARTINEAU: Whatever administrative dis-

tricts nay be established for the Circuit Court, they

will be, or that will be done by rule of the court and

4

will merely be for administrative purposes.

MX. INVERNIZZI: There would be a judge in the

6

Circuit Court for the State of Maryland.

JUDGE TUCKER: Mr. Chairman, I think the long

8

term is much better for the reasons stated by my other

9

senile colleagues.
