sure that it will work, but this People's Court or what-

contact with the administration of justice, and if you

do, I hate to use the word, segregate those judges from

all the rest of the judges in the State, I think you

automatically downgrade them to the point where you will

|
not get the respect of that court that I believe this

Committee is desiring and aiming at.

judges that is to be necessary for any reason necessary
