"Patuxent—Potomac—Choptank, " (as said section was en-
acted by Chapter 222 of the Acts of 1931), be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:
61B. It shall be unlawful for any person to catch or
take oysters with scoop, scrape or dredge in the waters of
the Choptank River north and east of a line drawn from
the Sinclair dwelling, situate between Upper Bar Neck
Beacon and Lower Bar Neck Point on Tilghman's Island
to Benoni's Lighthouse and thence to Chlora Point, Gland
Neck, in Talbot County, and in the waters of the Choptank
River and its tributaries above and east of a line drawn
from Howell's Point in Talbot County to Horn Point in
Dorchester County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 517.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Li-
censes, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " to follow immedi-
ately after Section 204 and to be known as Section 204A,
to provide that no Justice of the Peace, Committing
Magistrate or Police Justice shall receive evidence of the
failure of the owner or operator of a motor vehicle to
stop upon command of any officer unless such officer was
in uniform and displaying a badge or other sign of
authority at the time of such alleged violation.

CHAPTER 518.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
23 of Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Oysters, " sub-title "Dredging, " relating
to dredging and providing a penalty.
