hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Section 47. Head of Bay. The use of pound nets or
stake nets shall be prohibited in the head waters of the
Chesapeake Bay hereinafter defined, except the bay shore
of Kent County up to Howell's Point, and except on the
west side of the Bay from Pooles Island north to one-half
mile north of Spesutia Island, not to exceed 800 yards from
the shore. For the purpose of this section the head waters
of the Chesapeake Bay shall be defined as follows: All
waters embraced in the area marked by the following line,
viz: Beginning at Concord Point and running in a north-
easterly direction, crossing Susquehanna River to Stump
Point, thence to Carpenter's Point, thence to Turkey Point,
thence to Grove Point, all in Cecil County, thence to How-
ell's Point, Kent County, continuing in a straight line from
Howell's Point in a southwesterly direction across said Bay
to Abbey Point, the northernmost point at the entrance of
Bush River, thence northerly by a line following the bay
shore of Harford County to Mulberry Point, thence to Bear
Point, Sandy Point, and to Locust Point on Spesutia Island,
thence to the southernmost point at the entrance of Swan
Creek and thence crossing Swan Creek and continuing in
a northerly direction following the bay shore to Concord
Point, the place of beginning.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 513.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
175 of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, title "Insur-
ance, " sub-title "Fraternal Benefit Associations, " in
order to provide a new method of procedure by the In-
surance Commissioner for the institution of proceedings
for dissolution of such associations.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 175 of Article 48A of the Anno-
tated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, Edition
of 1924, title "Insurance, " sub-title "Fraternal Benefit As-
