ever so requested by any of the Commissioners. In all
court proceedings under or pursuant to this Article, the
decision of the Commission shall be prima facie correct
and the burden of proof shall be upon the party attacking
the same.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 509.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
151 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1929 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title
"Limitations, " prescribing the time within which taxes
must be collected.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 510.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
22, 23, 24 and 25 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County, " sub-title "Auctioneers, " relating to the appoint-
ment and licensing of auctioneers in Baltimore County.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 511.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
190 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1929 Supplement), title "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor
Vehicles, " sub-heading "Non-Resident Owners and Oper-
ators, " eliminating the provision as to non-residents op-
erating motor vehicles for hire over fixed routes or be-
tween termini.
