Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Con-
stables, " said new section to be known as Section 206A, to
follow immediately after Section 206 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
206A. The Chief Constable of the People's Court shall,
under the supervision of the said five justices of the peace
of the People's Court, have the custody of all the dockets,
records and papers of the said justices, and it shall be his
duty to see that they are safely and properly kept and pre-
served; and upon his removal from office, or the termina-
tion of his term of office, shall deliver all of said dockets,
records and papers to his successor. The said Chief Con-
stable may, with the approval of the justices of the People's
Court, destroy or otherwise dispose of all records and
papers, exclusive of dockets, after the expiration of twelve
years from the time same were filed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 462.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
19 of Article 27 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, 1924 Edition, title "Crimes
and Punishments, " sub-title "Barratry, " prohibiting
corporations and associations from holding themselves
out as lawyers and from advertising themselves as fur-
nishing legal services, and prohibiting corporations and
associations from practicing the legal profession and the
sharing of fees by certain corporations, defining the
rights of casualty insurance corporations, and provid-
ing penalties for violating the provisions of this Act.
