Park, " and Sections 948, 949, sub-sections A, B and H;
952, sub-section I and adding a new sub-section, J; 953,
sub-section F; and 957, sub-sections F and J of Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Prince George's County, " sub-title "Takoma
Park, " be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments to read as follows:

The limits of the said town shall be as follows: Begin-
ning at the intersection of the third line of the District of
Columbia with the west line of the right of way of the
Metropolitan Branch of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad,
and running with west line of said right of way to the
point of intersection with the extension of a line drawn
along the center of Chicago Avenue from Boston Avenue
to New York Avenue; thence with said line extended
across said right of way of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad
with the center line of said Chicago Avenue to a point op-
posite the dividing line between lots numbered Seven (7)
and Eight (8) in Block numbered Sixty-seven (67) of the
Takoma Park Loan and Trust Company's subdivision of
Takoma Park; thence with a continuation of the said di-
viding line through said Block numbered Sixty-seven (67)
to the intersection of said line with Takoma Avenue;
thence across Takoma Avenue to the northwest corner of
lot numbered Nine (9) in Block numbered Seventy-one
(71) of the Takoma Park Loan and Trust Company's sub-
division of Takoma Park; thence with the northeasterly
boundary line of said Block numbered Seventy-one (71) to
the intersection of the said line with Baltimore Avenue;
thence across Baltimore Avenue to the northwest corner
of lot number Five (5) in Block number Eighty-one (81)
of the Takoma Park Loan and Trust Company's subdivision
of Takoma Park; thence with the northeasterly line of said
lot numbered Five (5) to the northeast corner thereof;
thence across the land of Hodges to the southeast corner
of lot numbered One (1) in Block numbered Sixty-four
(64) of B. F. Gilbert's subdivision of Takoma Park; thence
with the southerly boundary of said lot numbered One (1)
to the intersection of the said boundary with Saratoga
Avenue; thence with the southerly boundary of said Sara-
toga Avenue to its intersection with the easterly side of
Mississippi Avenue; thence along the easterly and north-
erly line of Mississippi Avenue to its intersection with
Sligo Creek; thence along the west bank of Sligo Creek to
the Blair Road; thence along the south line of Blair Road
to its intersection with Flower Avenue; thence along the
west line of Flower Avenue to a point opposite the north
