cates issued during any fiscal year shall be paid in full
within two months from the expiration of such fiscal year,
and not more than one hundred and twenty thousand dol-
lars shall be issued in any one fiscal year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly the same shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 367.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 277A, 277B, 277C, 277D and
277E of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
which sections were enacted by Chapter 360 of the Pub-
lic General Laws of Maryland, year 1931.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 277A, 277B, 277C, 277D and 277E
of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, which
sections were enacted by Chapter 360 of the Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland of the year 1931 be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June first, 1933.
