known as Section 64A and to follow immediately after
Section 64 of said Article providing for the payment to
the Commissioners of Chesapeake Beach by the County
Commissioners of Calvert County of certain taxes levied.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Calvert County, " sub-title "Chesapeake Beach, " said
new section to be known as Section 64A to follow immedi-
ately after Section 64 of said Article and to read as follows:
64A. The County Commissioners of Calvert County
shall annually pay to the Commissioners of Chesapeake
Beach that proportion of the total amount levied for the
repair of roads in said county which the total amount of
property assessed within said town bears to the total
amount of property assessed in said county, according to
the tax books of said county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
82 and 83 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County, "
sub-title "County Commissioners, " prescribing the office
hours and compensation of the Clerk to the Board of
County Commissioners of Calvert County, and providing
for certain duties in connection with said office.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 82 and 83 of Article 5 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Calvert County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be
and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
