and wagon or other vehicle, the sum of Seventy-five Dol-
lars; to travel with two horses or other beasts of burden
and wagon or other vehicle, the sum of One Hundred Dol-
lars; to travel with a motor truck or motor vehicle of any
description whatsoever having a rated carrying capacity
of not more than one ton, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-
five Dollars, and to travel with motor truck or motor ve-
hicle of any description whatsoever and having a rated
carrying capacity of more than one ton, the sum of One
Hundred Fifty Dollars; and all licenses issued under the
provisions of this section shall only be issued for the term
of one year dated from the first day of May of the year
in which the same may be issued; said license shall be
issued on forms to be provided by the Comptroller of the
State of Maryland and the moneys which may be received
therefrom shall be paid to the said Comptroller of the State
of Maryland and the compensation to be paid to the Clerk
for the issuing thereof and the penalties to be imposed for
a failure to comply with this and the preceding section shall
be the same as now provided under the Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland for the issuing of licenses
to hawkers and peddlers.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 341.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
3 of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland as the said Article was enacted by
Chapter 539 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1931,
title "State Roads, " and also to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Section 15 of Article 33A of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Em-
inent Domain, " to authorize the State Roads Commission
to condemn property pursuant to the provision of
Article 33A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Eminent Domain. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 3 of Article 89B of the Annotated
