SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 30.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
195 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County, "
sub-title "County Treasurer, " reducing the compensa-
tion of the Deputy County Treasurer for Queen Anne's
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 195 of Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County, " sub-title "County Treasurer, " be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
to read as follows:

195. The "Deputy County Treasurer for Queen Anne's
County" shall receive as compensation for his or her serv-
ices an annual salary of nine hundred dollars to be paid in
monthly installments of seventy-five dollars each, payable
on the last day of each month out of the funds of said
Queen Anne's County hereby directed to be levied annually
for that purpose.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
