per pound sold, and such report when received by the State
Board of Agriculture shall be a public record subject to
inspection. Any person, firm or corporation or sales
agency failing to make such report shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be fined
not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than two hun-
dred dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 320.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
127 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Elections, "
sub-title "Compensation, " to exempt Worcester County
from its provisions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 127 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Elections, " sub-title "Compensation, " be, and the
same is hereby, repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
so as to read as follows:
127. The compensation of all judges and clerks of elec-
tions in the City of Baltimore and in the Counties shall
be increased two dollars ($2. 00) per day over and above
the amount now allowed and paid under existing provisions
of law. The Boards of Supervisors of Elections of the sev-
eral counties shall have power, with the consent of the
County Commissioners, to increase the compensation of the
registration officials not more than $2. 00 per day in addi-
tion to the amount now allowed and paid under the exist-
ing provisions of law. Provided, however, that this section
shall not apply to Worcester County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
