SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 105 of Article 39 of the Anno-
tated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland (1929 Sup-
plement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Terrapins—
Diamond Back and Salt Water, " be and the same is here-
by repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
Section 105. It shall be unlawful for any person to
take or catch any terrapin mentioned in this Act from the
waters of any county other than that of which he is a resi-
dent.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 267.
AN ACT to authorize and empower every county, muni-
cipal or public corporation, special district and/or
political sub-division of the State of Maryland, except
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, which has
heretofore been authorized by any law or laws of this
State to incur any indebtedness redeemable from the
proceeds of any general or special tax or other levy
and which said indebtedness is evidenced by notes or
coupon bonds maturing before June 1, 1935, to borrow
upon its faith and credit sums to pay said indebtedness
and to issue and sell short term notes therefor and
providing for the payment of said notes and the inter-
est thereon out of its general funds by a general tax
levy on all taxable property within its corporate limits.
