tated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Fish and
Fisheries, " sub-title "Part 2; Sizes of Commercial Fish, "
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments so as to read as follows:

SIZES OF COMMERCIAL FISH.

51. No person shall catch or in any manner take or
kill, sell, offer to buy or sell or expose for sale, or have in
possession any bass, large or small mouth, less than 10
inches; any catfish less than 7 inches; any perch, white or
yellow, less than 7 inches; any pike less than 14 inches;
any rock otherwise known as striped bass, less than 11
inches in length or weighing more than 15 pounds; any
sturgeon weighing less than 20 pounds; any taylor less than
8 inches; measurement in the case of each fish shall be
from the tip of the nose to the end of the caudal fin or tail.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 264.

AN ACT to add a new paragraph to Section 6 of Article 4
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1927 and
1930 Editions), title "Baltimore City, " to be numbered
15C, and headed "Organization of Bureau of Assessment
and Reorganization of Appeal Tax Court, " to follow
after the paragraph headed 15B, "Organization of De-
partments, " of Section 6 of Article 4 (Section 6 and the
said paragraphs thereof of Article 4 being part of the
Charter of Baltimore City, adopted by the voters of Bal-
timore City at the November election, 1918), granting
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore full authority
to create a Bureau of Assessment and to confer upon the
Appeal Tax Court appellate jurisdiction over the said
Bureau of Assessment.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new paragraph be, and the same is hereby
added to Section 6 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1927 and 1930 Editions), title "Balti-
more City, " to be numbered 15C, and headed "Organization
of Bureau of Assessment and Reorganization of Appeal
