To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Charles H.
Gable, et al, to the Trustees of The Lakeland Presbyterian
Church of Baltimore City, dated the 26th day of July,
A. D. 1919, and recorded among the Land Records for Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3472, Folio 142.

To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to
The Committee of the Presbyterian Church in the City of
Baltimore, otherwise known as the First Presbyterian
Church of Baltimore, as contained in the last Will and
Testament of Eliza Gilman, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City and recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 172,
Folio 475.

To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to
the Little Sisters of the Poor of the City of Washington,
in the District of Columbia, as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Mary O'Lone, late of Anne Arundel
County, deceased, admitted to probate by the Orphans'
Court for Anne Arundel County and recorded in the Office
of the Register of Wills for said County in Wills Liber G.
T. C. No. 1, Folio 153, etc.

To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to
the Trustees of Friendship M. E. Church, South, as con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of George H. Mc-
Pherson, late of Anne Arundel County, deceased, duly ad-
mitted to probate by the Orphans' Court for Anne Arundel
County on April 15, 1930, and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills for said County in Wills Liber O. B. D.
No. 4, Folio 515, etc.

To the gifts, bequests and devises made and contained
in the last Will and Testament of Robert L. Werntz, late
of Anne Arundel County, deceased, dated the 3rd day of
July, 1928, duly admitted to probate by the Orphans'
Court for said County and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Anne Arundel County, to The Presby-
terian Church of Annapolis, Maryland, on Duke of Glouster
Street or to The Trustees thereof and their successors,
of the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00) a year
for a period of twenty years and thereafter such portion
of the corpus of the trust created under said Will as con-
tained and for the purposes mentioned therein.
