Catherine's Normal Institute of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate of the State of Maryland, to St. Joseph's Society for
Colored Missions, a body corporate of the State of Mary-
land, dated September 24, 1932, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 5328,
folio 651.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Albert G.
Oberle to Robert C. Jones, Junior, dated January 5th, 1932,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County
in Liber L. McL. M. No. 889, Folio 547, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Robert C.
Jones, Junior, to The Trustees of the First Baptist Church

the English Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Reforma-
tion, (therein called the "Lutheran Church of the Reforma-
tion, ") as contained in the last Will and Testament of
Mamie E. Crate, late of Baltimore City, duly admitted to
probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 171, folio 400.

To the conveyance contained in a deed from Joseph
Coudon and wife, to The Vestry of Saint Mary Anne's
