required in each and every year hereafter while the bonds
hereby authorized, or any of them, are outstanding and
unpaid, to levy and collect annually upon the assessable
property of said County such sum or sums of money as
may be necessary to pay the interest accruing on said
bonds, and in the year 1934 and every succeeding year
thereafter to levy and collect annually upon the assessable
property of said County such sum or sums of money as
may be necessary to pay the interest accuring on said
bonds and to redeem said bonds at the times specified in
Section 2 hereof.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and being passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all members elected to each of the two
houses of the General Assembly the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 221.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article IV of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore City," sub-title "City Collector," said new
section to be known as Section 48B and to follow im-
mediately after Section 48A; to provide a method of
procedure for the enforcement of tax liens as recorded
under the provisions of Sub-section 15AA of Section 6
of said Article IV of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition).
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and the same is hereby
added to Article IV of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore City," sub-title
"City Collector," said new section to be known as Section
48B and to follow immediately after Section 48A and to
read as follows:
48B. At any time after a tax lien shall have been re-
corded in the Tax Lien Records of the Mayor and City
