ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 37

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 470 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County, "
sub-title "Taxes and County Treasurer, " be and the same
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1933.

Approved March 3, 1933.

CHAPTER 14.

AN ACT to repeal Section 408 of Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford
County, " sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables" said Section providing for constables to execute
commitments issued by Justices of the Peace to the
House of Correction and other State Institutions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 408, of Article 13 of the Code of
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County, " sub-title
"Justices of Peace and Constables, " be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1933.

Approved March 3, 1933.

CHAPTER 15.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
450 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Harford County, " sub-title "Sheriff, "
said section provided for the amount to be levied by the
County Commissioners for the salary and expenses of the
office of Sheriff of Harford County.
