CHAPTER 210.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
352, 355 and 355A of Article I of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables";
(Sections 352 and 355 having been enacted by Chap-
ter 316 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Session of 1929, and Section 355A, by Chapter
53 of said Acts, Session of 1931) and to repeal and re-
enact with amendments Sections 351, 353 and 354 there-
of; (Section 351 having been enacted by Chapter 292 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session
of 1927, and Sections 353 and 354, by Chapter 316 of
said Acts, Session of 1929), and to provide that said Act
be passed as an emergency measure.

CHAPTER 211.

AN ACT to authorize the Commissioners of Ridgely to
borrow on the faith and credit of the town of Ridgely
Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00) and to issue
coupon bonds therefor and to sell the same, the proceeds
arising from the sale thereof to be applied to the pay-
ment and liquidation of certain outstanding bands,
promissory notes, obligations, and floating indebtedness
due and owing by the said Commissioners of Ridgely,
and to re-construct the disposal plant and sewerage
system of said town, and to provide for the levying of
a tax annually upon the assessable property of said town
to pay interest thereon and for the redemption and pay-
ment of said bonds las the same shall fall due.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Commissioners of Ridgely be and are
hereby authorized and directed to borrow on the faith and
credit of the town of, Ridgely the sum of Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00) and to issue coupon bonds
therefor in sums of One Thousand Dollars ($l, 000. 00) to
be signed by the President of the Commissioners of Ridgely
and countersigned by the Treasurer oft the Commissioners
of Ridgely, with the seal of said municipal corporation
