CHAPTER 193.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 662, 663 and 664 of Article 1
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Wild Animals. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 662, 663 and 664 of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Wild Animals, " be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1933.

CHAPTER 194.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
194 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1929 Supplement), title "Licenses, " sub-title "Speed,
Size, Weight, Construction and Equipment of Motor Ve-
hicles, " so as to reduce the minimum fine for exceeding
forty miles per hour.

CHAPTER 195.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
702 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "Licenses, " providing that the license
fees for road houses, hotels, etc.. shall be paid to the
County Treasurer and used for general county purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 702 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
