without any unnecessary delay act upon same, and shall
issue a certificate to the successful candidates. An official
report of such action, signed by each member of the Board,
and the result of the examination, shall be preserved by the
said Board. The Board of Chiropody Examiners shall re-
port annually to the Board of Medical Examiners of the
Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland, in detail, all
of their transactions.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1933.

CHAPTER 191.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
44 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Licenses, " sub-title "Traders, " so
as to enlarge the information to be given under oath by
applicant for trader's license.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 44 of Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Licenses, " sub-
title "Traders, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, to read as follows:

44. Applicants for trader's licenses shall be required to ap-
ply to the Clerk for such licenses under oath in the following
manner: and be required to give the following information:

Name in which the business is conducted............................................

Name or names of proprietors...................................................................

Name of applicant....................................................................................

Applicant's relation to the business........................................................

Location of place of business (Postoffice address)........................

ise (not manufactured by you).......................................................
