CHAPTER 135.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Eagle Harbor, "
said new section to be known as Section 397 A and to
follow immediately after Section 397 of said Article, to
prohibit public billiard or pool parlors or rooms or pub-
lic billiard or pool table or tables.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County, " sub-title
"Eagle Harbor, " said new section to be known as Section
397A, to follow immediately after Section 397 of -said
Article, and to read as follows:
397A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to keep, maintain, or conduct in Eagle Harbor a
public billiard or pool parlor or room or public billiard or
pool table or tables, and the Commissioners of Eagle Har-
bor shall have no authority or power to, and shall not,
grant a permit for the same.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the
provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than five nor
more than fifty dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 136.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
395 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "Eagle Harbor, " so as to give the
Commissioners of Eagle Harbor power to require li-
censes for conducting places of business in Eagle Har-
bor, to regulate location, erection or repair of buildings
and to provide by ordinance for the granting of permits
therefor.
