executed to the applicant in person or by mail without fur-
ther cost. And no license shall be issued to any person
under fourteen years of age, except upon the written re-
quest of the parent or guardian. Such license shall not be
transferable, and if used or presented by any person other
than the person to whom it was issued, such license shall
be confiscated by the Game Warden, any Deputy Game
Warden, Constable or other officer who shall find such
license being used; provided, a permanent resident of In-
dian Head Government reservation shall be entitled to pro-
cure a resident Hunter's license for Charles County.

Section 20. The open season for game birds and game
animals shall be as follows:

Rails and Reedbirds...........	September 1st to October
	31st, inclusive.
Wild water fowl.........................	November 1st to January
	31st, inclusive.
Wilson Snipe or Jacksnipe...	.. November 1st to January
	31st, inclusive.
Squirrel.................................	September 15th to October
	15th, inclusive; then closed
	October 16th to November
	14th, inclusive; November
	15th to December 31st, in-
	clusive.
	Provided, however, the open
	season for hunting squirrel
	in Garrett County shall be
	October 1st, to October
	31st, inclusive.
	Be it further provided that a
	landowner residing on his
	farmlands or a tenant of
	said farmlands, may kill
	any squirrel if said squirrel or squirrels are destroying corn on said farmlands be- tween August 15th and Sep-
	tember 14th, inclusive.
