the sum of money received on account of taxes, interest,
penalties and costs of sale, and the items thereof; the bal-
ance of the purchase money remaining unpaid and payable
before delivery of deed; and the original memorandum of
sale signed by the purchaser. At the end of said report
of sales, and written in the book containing same, shall be
one general oath, in due form of law, by said treasurer,
that each of the aforegoing sales was fairly made.
355. Taxes as collected shall be credited to the respect-
ive appropriations of the levy; and the treasurer shall
make written report to the county commissioners of all
moneys, received and disbursed by him, on the first days
of May, July and October in 1933 and on the first days of
January, April, July and October in each and every year
thereafter.
SEC. 2, And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and being passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 117.
An ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
389 and 390 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wicomico Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Sheriff, " and to add two new sections to
said Article, said new sections to be known as Sections
390A and 390B and to follow immediately after Section
390 of said Article, relating to certain fees and expenses
of the Sheriff and reducing the cost of boarding prisoners
in Wicomico County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 389 and 390 of Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Wicomico County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and
